We aim to ship your order as soon as it's placed. So, if you change your mind on your order, please notify us as soon as possible through one of the available channels and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

We have a 10-day return policy on all non-edible products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as the item has its sealing intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Australian orders, yes, GST is included and there are no import duties (we are based in Sydney).

Yes, a small number. We include all taxes and import duties in the price for most destinations, but for these countries they're collected locally on delivery instead: Albania, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Mexico, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Vietnam, along with any other country not shown on our all-inclusive list.

It comes down to local customs rules. Not every country lets an overseas retailer prepay duties and import taxes on your behalf; some require their own customs authority to assess and collect them when your parcel arrives. Where that applies, we can't add the charges upfront, so your local customs or courier collects them on delivery.

Yes, the price at checkout is the full price. Nothing extra on delivery.
